BridgeTime ("the Service") is a free online scheduling tool provided by Tokimi Digital Technology Co., Ltd. (Tax ID: 69753898, "the Company"). The Service is for reference purposes only and does not constitute any contract, promise, or guarantee.

2. Service Availability

The Service is provided on an "as-is" basis. The Company does not guarantee continuity, stability, timeliness, or accuracy. The Service may be temporarily or permanently interrupted due to maintenance, technical issues, force majeure, or other reasons. The Company is not liable for any losses caused by such interruptions.

3. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for verifying the accuracy of scheduling information. Users must not use the Service for any illegal activities. Users are solely responsible for the legality and appropriateness of data they input (names, event titles, locations, etc.). Posting any activity or service involving the sex trade, pornography, gambling, fraud, drugs, or anything otherwise in violation of the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan) is prohibited. BridgeTime may, at its discretion, remove any content and suspend the relevant account.

4. Data Handling & Privacy

The Service stores event-related data entered by users (titles, dates, times, locations, participant names, availability). No account registration or personal identification is required. Passwords are stored as SHA-256 hashes. Cookies are used for language preferences; localStorage stores usernames and admin passwords on the user's device only. User data will not be shared with third parties except as required by law.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, including but not limited to: data loss, service interruptions, scheduling errors, or third-party access to user data.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its source code are proprietary to Tokimi Digital Technology Co., Ltd. Unauthorized copying, modification, or distribution is prohibited. Content created by users through the Service belongs to the respective users.

7. LINE Bot Service

The LINE Bot functionality is subject to LINE Corporation's terms of use. The Company is not responsible for LINE platform operations, message delivery timeliness, or accuracy.

8. Changes to Terms

The Company reserves the right to modify this disclaimer at any time. Updated terms will be published on this page. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing Law

This disclaimer is governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). Disputes shall be under the jurisdiction of the Taipei District Court.
